Love, love, love the Jorie Center! My sister (who's roughly 50-60 lbs. heavier than I am) had been going off & on for a few years suggested I try the Jorie Center. I'm very active, but since turning 30, (almost 8 years ago) I haven't been able to keep the weight down as well. Seeing the weight come off of her easily (& she's not active at all) provoked me into trying the center out. I first went to the Jorie Center March 2009. I walked 3 miles everyday after getting the shot (the nurse really encouraged eating right along w/excersie) so I could really see the justification of the results. I did this from March 2009 to July 2009 + maintained taking the medication & getting the shot every 30 days & lost a total of 29 lbs. My final weigh-in in August, i weighed 119 from starting at 148. After September I started traveling alot & wasn't walking as much. Once u reach your goal weight (mine was 125) the center wings you off of the pills by having you take a pill everyother day instead of everyday so your body can get used to you just exercising for keeping the weight down. Needless to say, it is now March all over again & I've gained the weight back do to hardly any excersise if any at all & not really eating appropriately. On a positive note, I've started my 3 mile walk just 3 days ago & have been doing it everyday since. I'll be at the Jorie Center tomorrow morning, for another new start! lol. This time, I'm making it my business to keep it off! Must remain healthy!
