Association fees are high for owners, often over 700-800 for 2/2s. The condo prices may be low now, but be warned -the new management in this building overly meddles in resident affairs and creates an unwelcoming atmosphere if there is any kind of problem.They seem nicer to owners than renters. There are many other buildings downtown in the same range.
