I read an ad informing me that Novotnys Antique store also restores art work so I went with my painting that needed repair and was met by the nicest ladies, Shauna the store owner and Maurine who as it happens is not only an author but a fine art restorer too. I have been in most of the antiques stores in Pasadena and had been to Novotnys a couple of years ago when they were on Lake, they have since moved to Colorado Blvd to a nicer bigger location, they call this area East Pasadena Antiques Row and with all of the better antique stores in this area I can see why. The new store has lots of free parking is easy to find and best of all it is still the same owner, Shauna Novotny, what a nice lady she was so helpful and patient with us, never rushed us, gave us coffee and cookies and let us just browse at our pace! When we asked questions she knew her merchandise well and made our visit one of the better ones that we have experienced at an antique store! Thank you Shauna!!! We will be back to buy more of your nice furniture!‎

After visiting many antique stores in Pasadena I found the new Novotnys Antique store at 2552 East Colorado Bl and am I glad I did, oh my God!!! They have the most beautiful antique jewelry! and great furniture, believe me it IS the best antique store in Pasadena and the owner, Shauna is such a nice helpful lady, great store!!
