Yesterday I went there they were so helpful, Dr.Novak took his time and actually helped me out. I would recommend this place! A+

I visited this clinic a while back and although the waiting room was full, I could tell the staff was trying to help people. I heard Dr. Novak yelling at people and at patients, but the doctor who helped me was Dr Walker. He was very helpful and he listened to me. He was busy, but I did not feel rushed. He had a pleasant bedside manner and he was very kind to me. He should move to a different office to work because someone else will appreciate the skills that Dr Novak has somehow overlooked. Don't go there unless Dr Walker is working.

THE DOCTOR SHOULD NOT BE CALLED A DOCTOR.HE TREATED MY HUSBAND SO RUDE.
MY HUSBANDS HEALTH WAS AT RISK FROM HIS DIABETES,DR NOVAK HAD NO CONCERN AND DID NOTHING.THE STAFF IS RUDE AND DONT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING.WE WAITED 6 HOURS AFTER THEY TOLD US IT WOULD BE 2 HOURS .THE DOCTOR SCREAMS AT THE PATIENTS AND HIS EMPLOYEES.I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE OFFICE.

2 hours in the waiting room, 1 1/2 in the exam room before doctor strolled in. THERE WAS ONLY 2 OTHER PATIENTS IN THE WHOLE PLACE. Dr. Novak was to busy screaming at his employees to help patients. No bedside manor what so ever. His diagnosis was incorrect and I had to go to another facility and start over again. Never again!

I waited almost 4 hours and the doctor was so rude!!!
If you're urgent rather recommand to go somewhere else.
They treat you bad!!!
