Best Vet Ever!!!
As an advid dog lover I have visited many veterinary hospitals over the years and Northwest Pet Clinic ranks in my heart tops!!!!! Buster and I were greated by the front end staff where Rachael was able to schedule an appointment on short notice. My first impression is that this is a very well organized practice with excellent customer service. It was clear the team loves not only their jobs but also has compassion for the visiting animals. The Dr and nurse were both very clear in explaining to me Busters condition and treatment. I went because of an emergency care situation being new to Tucson and I will be with Northwest Pet Clinic for all three of my pets as long as I am living in Tucson. Thank you Dr. O'Donnell! Courteous Staff. Appointment made same day. No wait in the lobby, immediately taken to an exam room. Staff took history and asked questions within minutes. Doctor came in very quick after that. Took time, asked questions, explained options. Did not push x-rays or valley fever test (even though that is what I thought the dog had), let me know all options. Quick prescription of antibiotics filled within minutes. Invoice provided in exam room and done!!! 30 minutes start to finish (new patient paperwork included). Time is valuable and they didn't abuse mine.
