Fair car sales man
I really wanted to buy a dodge truck, I had to trade in my last truck for a compact car 8 years ago and have missed driving a truck since. When I was finally ready to buy one I asked around where I can get the best deal and more than once I heard good things about this location. I drove all the way from Katy with my wife because I wanted to drive out in a new Ram. When I got there I was not surrounded by a swarm of sharks instead I was treated like a person not a commission point. They had a great selection and I finally decided on a 2010 Dodge Ram, black. The financing didn't take forever and everything was explained to me clearly. Nice folks, the latest models and fair pricing. This was definitly a nice experience not intimidating at all.

Great Doing Business With You
I haven't bought a new car in nearly 10 years. One of the reason it took me so long to walk back into another Dealership was I just didn't want to deal with the STRESS.
Once I stepped onto your lot i was ready for the long stressful ordeal. But it never came...i was totally amazed how times have changed in the car business. I have to admit it was nothing like I had imagined. I had expericed the newage of car buying, Pleasureable not stressfulI. Thanks to everyone at Northwest Dodge who made these changes possible. I got my new Dodge Caravan for a fair price
Buying my new dodge carvan was a breeze, I never felt pressured into settling for the first car and they were so patient with me and all of my questions. I test drove 3 cars before making my final decesion. Oh yea and I did this all without my husband's help. it's refreshing to know that I was treated with equality and not ripped off. I already made plans to come back next week with my sister, she was impressed with my whole experience!

NW Dodge believes in true customer service
I bought my Dodge truck 2 years ago and have also been here for maintenance and repairs. The guys at the repair shop are straight forward in letting me know what was done and never try and sell me anything I don't need. My wife even feels comfortable enough to bring in the truck because she is always treated with respect and never feels like the "little lady". Their knowledge in repair work is reliable and I really admire their work ethic to deliver the best experience.

Dodge Caravan is a perfect fit for us
