Simple elegance
I bought my wedding gown at Lena Medoyeff and couldn't be happier. I went to other bridal shops, tried on lots of dresses, but I just wanted something different. My friend recommended Lena Medoyeff botique and I found exactly what I was looking for. There is not a lot of variety but the dresses are absolutely gorgeous and elegantly simple. The fabric, fit and colors are unique and it was refreshing to find this hidden gem amongst the sea of same.

Elegant and chic; great service
Talk about a diamond in the rough. I have been to most of the wedding stores in town carrying all the top designers and nothing felt right for me. I am quite particular and was looking for a dress that was elegant, stylish, but not so contemporary that I would look back at my wedding photos and wonder, "what was I thinking?!?" After several months of searching, I finally caught wind of this shop and found the perfect dress for me. The first dress I tried on met ever criteria I was hoping for but couldn't find with mass produced gowns.

You will not find Lena Medoyeff on theknot, or any other wedding website. This local designer, who I had the pleasure to meet, is pretty much word of mouth only. Her designs really showcase the bride and this chic boutique makes you feel like you've come across something really unique. Amber was the associate who helped me, and she was extremely knowledgeable in the fabrics and designs. It was evident she loves what she does. It was a no pressure atmosphere; just very personable and friendly. I couldn't be happier with my decision and I only thought it was fair to share this fantastic place with other future brides. I originally posted this on Lena Medoyeff studio and saw there were other stellar reviews. My original posting went there; I believe others might have had the same thing happen to them. The Studio boutique is also quite nice for bridesmaid dresses. :) Happy hunting!

The only place to buy a Wedding gown
This store is amazing, I stumbled upon it when I was out last summer getting a gelato. Recently engaged, I was in the market for "the one," by that, I mean dress of course! I was instantly greeted and surprised that an appointment wasn't necessary (which, after being at other boutiques was such a relief, jumping through hoops to try on a dress is not my style). After buzzing around the store I was informed that the dresses are all made of hand done silk imported from a free-trade/ livable wages Indian mill that employees all adult men and the dresses are actually put together using local seamstresses, the dresses are designed by the owner. To me it was really important to find a timeless dress that I not only loved for the look and feel, but as the sales associate put it, had "good kharma" from the beginning.

As for the selection, they are completely breathtaking and the amazing dress you wished that your mother had passed down to you. The pricing is completely reasonable and the store is not pretentious, I felt at home and comfortable thanks to the wonderful team of girls. They go the extra mile for their customers and I can not say enough good things about my experience. I'm dissapointed to see that there is a negative review, but unhappy, grumpy brides can find something wrong with even the best situation apparently.

P.S.
Also, they have another store just across the street, I will be purchasing all of my bridesmaid, mother of bride/groom and rehearsal dresses from them for sure!

DONT GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The lady who worked there was terrible. She was not nice and kept trying to tell us that the dress was the LAST ONE, when we knew for a fact that there were more. TALK ABOUT PUSHY SALES!!!!!!! Instead of asking if I liked a dress...she instructed me to put on and take off dresses.....I not only would not go back, but I would never EVER recommend that anyone waste their time or money there.
