I understand when someone leaves and goes somewhere else that you do not want to send busniess elsewhere. But when you tell a person that their tattoo artist has quit doing tattoos instead of just saying he has gone somewhere else and you do not know where is wrong. Happy to say I will not be visiting Envy Skin Gallery or will i refer any of my friends to this shop. I mean really you are supposed to trust someone to permanentley put something on your skin. When you can not even trust the person not to lie to you.
I love the fact that every negative review written here doesn't include any real info such as your name or even an accurate email... Thus leading me to believe you must be fan boys of other shops or the shops themselves tryin to take some of the pressure we put on you off by being slanderous towards us and myself... To this I simple laugh and say Good luck... Anyone wishing to speak with me can stop by the shop email or call anytime... Thanks for your time... Thaks also to my customers I love you all...
Ignore the high class veneer. Billy (the owner) is rude and will make you feel like your tattoo is stupid and below him. No help at all in planning or design. It's a shame, because some of the other guys there are nice, but in the end, the proprietor makes the place a horrible environment. Example: getting a customer's attention by shouting 'Hey, gay guy.'
Terrible customer service. Needed a touch up and they wanted to
Terrible customer service. Needed a touch up and they wanted to charge me $60 (when my original tattoo cost $80) for it because the guy that did my tattoo quit working there. Then they tried to blame me for needing a touch up when I wasn't given proper care instructions or offered a tattoo healing salve (which I would have bought if they said I needed it). If you want to be treated like a valuable customer, or at least get decent service, I would look elsewhere.
