bad place to rent!
my husband and i moved in around october of 2008 at the time the apartments seemed to be in good condition and a nice place to live. At first the employees at the main office were super nice. One week after we moved in we noticed a smell in the apartment it smelled like ciggarette smoke. We called the office and they said to wait a couple of days to settle in and see if the smell would go away but till this day january 2009 it hasnt gone away. The employees here are so rude and dont seem to care. The people down stairs are so ridiculous and come up to our aparment to complaint about noise? and we are rarely home!!!! There are stains in the rug that just suddenly poped up!!! I dont reccomend this place at all and it smells like urine and feces because of all the dogs and cats!!!!

Word means nothing
We had to wait over 6 months to get our dish washer fixed, and our stove one of the burners never worked the whole time we lived there. Maintance was never done in a timely manner if it was fixed at all. When we moved in there were stains on the carpet, whichwe asked to have cleaned. They never were, in fact we were billed for them once we moved out. We also had several months that they over charged us for rent, so watch your statements. The garage port was broken outside and it took them over 3 months to get it fixed. They are about as fast as a turtle in getting things done.

If you dont want lung cancer or spider bites......move on
I was bitten by spiders twice. My fiance was also bitten. I personally exterminated over 30 spiders during my 5 month stay. There is no air conditioning and these apartments get very hot in the day time, which require you to open all windows and sliding doors....which doesnt help. The lady downstairs smoked like a train and the smoke would travel into the apartment. My fiance and I felt like we were suffocating and would have to close the windows and sliding doors and burn up. Complained to management and was told that nothing could be done about this. I was glad I didnt have any children or I would have pushed the issue legally. It is very noisy all times of day and night. My dryer worked when it wanted too even after they claimed they had fixed it. The bathroom is so small that if my fiance was on the toilet, I couldnt get in or out of the shower. When my neighbor across the way moved out, maintenance left their nasty toilet in front of my door for two days until I finally called management and made them move it. Management was rude and not helpful. Cars were broken into almost every other day. I was happy to dodge this bullet, but some of the other nurses were not so lucky. Dogs barked all day and night. I was glad that my company paid for this place. I would not have rented a place like this.

ehh....dont be sucked in.
We have lived here for a year, and we were quick to turn in our intent to vacate without hesitation. A friend of mine lived here as well, the first week there they had rodents living in their stove and kitchen walls. it took them days to come up with a solution. didnt offer a free months rent or anything. cars were stolen, the management is amazingly friendly however, wendy and jessica are so sweet and handle things in a timely manner. the maintenance team is friendly, not too quick on work orders. a couple times they told me they were goin to enter my unit at a specific date and time and never came, and ended up showing up weeks later, what if i wasnt home? they would be entering without my permission. all the neighbors are noisy. people dont bring their dogs in at night so theres dogs all over barking all night long. we lived rather close to oneof the managers, and constantly had to listen to their domestic quarrels, so they obviously werent setting too great of an example. the grounds are beautiful, nice for walking your dogs, the rent is outrageous. you have to pay the water bill which is split up between all the units, which is hardly fair. on a monthly basis our bill would be anywhere from 60 to 100 bucks. very bad. im sure we were being charged for the pools and spas and watering the grounds. not cool since rent is costing the ones who arent on section 8 an arm and a leg. if you have a patience for tolerating loud and rowdy neighbors on a regular basis, this is your place to live. i cant complain about the management, their great, the two named that is. one of the girls is rather fake and very snooty. my room mate and i were extrmely excited to move in here, and were quickly disappointed with the the overall experience. choose wisely friends. i gotta hand it to them. they make a hugely honest effort to make it a community, and thats admirable.
