ER staff is AMAZING‎
I just wanted to take a moment and let you know about my experience in the ER last night. My 3-year old son Jackson smashed his finger in the piano and I thought it might have been broken. We only waited 20 minutes before we were called in by the triage nurse, Robert. He was so sweet and great with Jack. When he put the cuff on him to check his blood pressure, he said it was just going to be like a little hug. He also gave my son his very first under the tongue thermometer and was so encouraging about it. Next came Hanne, who was the first nurse that Jackson met; so sweet. She came over and spoke very soothingly to him. Looked at his hand and said they would take X-rays. Next came Shannon, the PA. She also came by and was just as sweet. “Hi buddy, what happened?”. I know it sounds simple to you but their calm demeanors really helped my son, who had never been to an ER before. Rachel then came with some Motrin and a glass of water. Better than any other hospital I'...‎
I've been to a few different hospitals and I have to say that Northridge Hospital has been my best experience. Although I hope to not go back, I would choose this hospital over any other. The nurses were great. I never had to use the call button, they were always asking me if I needed anything and came by so often. Each person who came into my room introduced themselves and wrote their name on the wall. I also recieved these beautiful bookmarks on my meal tray with inspirational sayings. Everyone I met was so caring and nice...my doctors, nurses, respiratory therapist and even the housekeeper.‎

Nursing Was Terrific‎
The nurses were so wonderful to my mother. The care was terrific and everyone did their best to not only help my other but to include the family. Thank you so much.‎

Best Hospital Food!‎
I was surprised to see so many vegetarian options on the menu in Northridge Hospital's cafeteria, and for a far more reasonable price than even fast food offers - plus, it's healthier and just too yummy!‎
