Apparently the level of care has declined since the reviews posted here from 2005. I had a rather serious injury involving my right hand and was unable to write. When I walked in, I was actually YELLED at by the two women at the front desk to fill out a form before I could be seen. I explained I could not write as I'm right handed, and was met with indifference. Thank goodness my husband arrived shortly thereafter and was able to complete the form. At check in I was told it was a 2 hour wait. I asked her why since again, this was a serious hand injury involving bleeding and she said it was too bad but ambulances took priority. I told the triage nurse about a chronic medical condition I have that will impact healing, and she didn't note it in the chart. How do I know? Because when I finally saw the doctor 2 hours later, she had no idea about this condition until I told her - twice.
