I went to NCOC with a knee problem. I was asked if I wanted to buy one of their knee braces and was given a quote after they spoke to my insurance. I specifically asked them if they were sure about the cost and they confirmed. After paying what they quoted me, I was billed 2 months later for 5 times the amount!!! After many phone calls to the billing dept., I was told that I was basically a liar and that they don't give price quotes, only estimations. Please BEWARE of buying any of their products...they are definitely not worth the price!!! I would have been much better off getting a knee brace at sporting goods store!!!

They don't sterilize all their equipment! The doctor filed down my toenails with a drill that he later told me had not been sterilized! Because his failure to protect me and his other patients from pathogens I now have to be tested for HIV/AID, Hepatitis, etc. for the next year.
