couldn't get past the receptionist'...
I had called this company for my small business and when I called the receptionist was rude both times, until I finally said I no longer was interested in their services because the receptionist was being extremely rude. She kept saying "I can't hear you!!!!!!!!' but in a very loud and annoyed tone. If you are having a problem hearing someone, please say "I'm sorry, I seem to be having trouble hearing you, could you speak up." or "I'm sorry your phone is cutting out and it is making it difficult to hear you." what's so hard about being nice?
