The “BBQ buffet” includes selected entree items & all side dishes. Our buffet service includes our 10 ft. mesquite BBQ grill, expert on-site cooks, buffet service tables w/ linen tablecloths, buffet canopies, heavy duty paper plates, eating utensils, napkins, moist towelettes & condiments. Normal service duration is 1 ½ hours.
