This is not a very customer friendly dealership.....this was our 2nd attempt to purchase a vehicle here and very poor service

Pros : Our initial sales person seemed fairly professional

Cons : Trying to work with this dealership is very confusing and frustrating

Being a toyota customer and owning toyota vehicles since 1989, i can not believe that toyota can treat customers as I with little value.

Pros : want to trade a 2005 tundra for a toyota fj

Cons : toyota of boerne will not give a good trade deal due to gas prices.
