Used them many times over 30 years. Never a problem. I have used them for my rental properties as well as my home twice. Their BBB record is stellar not one complaint. No pressure great to do business with.

We have used this company for the past 48 years. I think we have purchased carpet five times. The last time they came out and measured again because we had added some tile and the yardage was less. They sold us so much extra carpet we didn't have a place to store it. Rolls of extra carpet, maybe 15 yards more than needed. They recommended the carpet we purchased, saying it would really wear well. Any place that furniture sat, when moved the beige carpet had become pink! That is terrible. Now we need more carpet, but we will never use them again. Installation was good, but we paid way to much, at $30.00 a yd. for much more than necessary. I do not recommend this company!
