Took my truck in for routine service with an appointment(which was prepaid). Was told the truck would be ready by noon and that i would recieve a call at 10:30 advising me of the progress. Long of the short; no call, showed up at 1:30 and car was still in the overflow lot untouched. I told them to rush it and the work never was completed. I was advised to come back another time to have the work finished.

They are definitely a new breed of auto sales? I went looking for a brand new car...I was by myself because I just wanted to check them out....they were awesome! Very laid back...I told them I just wanted to see what my options were and would need to speak with my husband before buying anything. I drove about 12 cars...I would tell them 'no...I don't need to drive it' but they insisted....they were very sincere...and told me pros and cons.....even told me pros about the least expensive car I was looking at and cons about the most expensive one.....they totally had me sold on my first visit there...but not on a particular car...on their service!
