I have never witnessed such a disregard for customers as I have with this vendor. They always appear disorganized and too busy to deal with customers. They don't appear to have much competition in their area, so I guess they just don't feel the need to give any customer service. If they quote you a lead time, don't expect to have your order on time or to get a follow up phone call. Also, they have made a mistake on an order of mine before - now I understand mistakes happen, but when I told them the order was wrong I was told they would need to run it back through plating and it would be another two weeks! You would think they could make an exception since it was their mistake and push the order through a little faster than business as usual, not to mention the inconvenience it was for me to drive over there in the first place, without obtaining my order.
