I recently have had some issues with my furnace. I called Norfleet to come out and fix the issues. They send out a guy...the 1st time who "tightened" some screws and then left. I come home from work, turn on the furnace and the issue remained. So...I call Norfleet back and express my anger that the guy they sent did NOTHING to fix the issue. They apologize and tell me they will send someone back out. The next day, they send me back the same guy who did NOTHING before. My husband stands over him like a hawk having this HVAC tech check everything. They do find a screw...somewhere inside the system milling around and the HVAC tech thinks that is the culprit. He closes up and leaves. Again I come home from work and turn on the furnace. Now it is making an even worse sound than before and then... the same issue I orignally called about returns as well!!!
