This location is smaller than the Fashion Valley, but is a little bit closer to me so a go to spot when I need something quickly. It's the only department store with going to in the mall. I will say that I like their kids department better than Fashion Valley. It's easier to navigate and the people are much more helpful. They also tend to always have my daughter's shoe size too.

Otherwise, I do seem to be able to find what i'm looking for in Savvy. I never shop in this shoe department though. They don't carry brands I normally buy. I actually got reprimanded for returning a pair of Prada shoes here bought a different Nordstrom. The lady told me what a hassle it was going to be for them and blah blah. I haven't been in the shoe department since.

My first trip to this store today. It was a monday and surprised how many people were there. I wanted to find a pair of jeans that looked really good. I found a young lady to help me. She was very helpful and able to pick out the right type of jeans for my body type. She picked out about 8 pairs for me to try on and stayed with me in the dressing room to see how they fit. It was like having a personal shopper. That was the good part, the bad part was that the jean were about $180.00. Although there were many jeans that were on sale, none looked as great as the paige brand did. I couldn't afford to buy them today, but going to keep my eye out if they ever go on sale.

they do not have a written return policy and would not let me exchange the color of watch i bought from them. manager told me to beg the person i got it from. i was very upset and they didnt care.

I shopped here many times and bought a very nice silk suit here once. Their customer service is unparalleled! I needed my suit taylored in two days and their normal policy is three days, but they were able to rush my suit and it was done very well. I once bought a watch that I later realized I didn't want, and was able to get a full refund. The staff is very friendly and they have their own parking lot at UTC!
