This is the only Nordstrom that has a designer shoe department. I believe it's the only place in San Diego to buy Lanvin flats, for example. And yes they do put Lanvin on sale. Sometimes the same shoe is on sale at Neiman Marcus for a higher price. What I love, love, love about Nordstrom is that if you're eyeing a shoe, they'll tell you if it's going on sale soon. They will allow you to reserve the shoes in advance (you have to pay for them, of course). It's also the only shoe department where I feel like you could actually call and ask questions. They hand out their cards. I love the lady that wears the dark glasses and am so sorry I can't remember her name. I try to give her my business whenever I'm there.

On the flip side, I have a tougher time navigating the Savvy department here than the one at UTC. It's no big deal though.
