Overall: i am a man who loves nordstrom. i appreciate having good service, wide open isles and well decorated stores, and a one stop place for all the clothing items i want.
Value: nordstom is, of course, expensive. you can find good value when you shop their sales or clearance items, and occasionally a good price will hit out of the blue
Service: top notch service. everyone is professional and always willing to help you even with the obscure. like helping fix a necklace not even purchased there
