The staff is always nice and accomodating. They treat all 5 of my cats and my 1 dog for all their needs and I trust them.

I have (still) a little basset hound 12 weeks old, I live in norco. she got all her shots up to date and she's got positive parvo(Dr said because in the area Parvo is a very strong virus), I took my puppy to the vet as soon as I saw her sad, (she hadn't even vomited or done diarrhea at that moment 8am in the morning),my first appointment at N.A.H. was very possitive, reasonable prices, and prompt service. They told me that she had very good chances to live because we detected it early, so she got antibiotics, IV fluids and medicine to avoid diarrhea and vomiting. However, days have come by and she is getting worse, vomiting every hour. I took her to N.A.H. for her IV fluids and antibiotics boost at 8am, obviously they knew my dog's case, and they couldn't take her as an emergency case, because they were short of Doctors on Saturdays(Can you belive that! I TOOK IN MY 2 DOGS ON THE SAME DAY I CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT WHICH IS GREAT THAT THEY COULD SEE ME THAT SAME DAY.I DID NOT LIKE THE CHECKING IN PROCESS AND HAD TO WAIT LONGER THEN EXPECTED.THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS NO SMILES OR NOT EVEN A NICE GREETING WHEN I WALKED IN THE DOOR (MORE LIKE RUDE).HOW EVER THE GROOMER MADE UP FOR THE LACK OF SERVICE I WAS GREETED WITH SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HER STUFF AND KNEW WHAT I WANTED WITH OUT MUCH DIRECTION FROM ME SHE ALSO SPOKE TO ME AS IF I WAS A FRIEND AND NOT JUST ANOTHER CUSTOMER,SHE REALLY GAVE ME A GOOD FEELING WHEN I LEFT KNOWING MY DOGS ARE IN GOOD HANDS.MY DOGS HAD NEVER LOOKED AND SMELLED SO GOOD AND THEY WERE READY AT THE TIME SHE HAD PROMISED ANOTHER A+ IN MY BOOK. I WAS VERY PLEASED AND WILL FOR SURE CONTINUE TO BRING MY DOGS THERE FOR GROOMING.‎

I've been to so many different vets in chino hills but has been dissatisfy with their services and knowledge. But a friend of mine recommended me to Norco animal hospital and I absolutely LOVE it. First of all, its not to far from chino hills, price is very reasonable, and the hospital offers ALL the services you can think of. AND they are open 7 days a week. Also the staff at the hospital were very friendly and very helpful. They also have a low cost vaccinations every other saturday which I take advantage of. I got my dog nutered there. The hospital itself is very big and i feel that all the staff and doctors were very professional and I knew my dogs were in good hands. I am VERY satisfy with the hospital and those of you that is looking for a good vet, this is the place to go ...
