I borke down on 6-12-09 500mi from home and had called Nolan to see if they could get to and look at my van. They told me yes they could look at within a few hours. So I had my van towed. Here is it six days later and they still haven't got it fixed. They didn't even look at the van until Monday shortly before closing, and had no clue as to the problem. Tuesday they finally figure it out after wasting time trying what they figured and ignoring what I had said about how it ran prior. Low and behold I am right with what the problem related to.
Still don't have the van fixed and it wasn't until another phone call that they figured maybe they should order parts and maybe they will have them Thursday and get it fixed.
Sure do appreciate being apprised of what is going on, being ignored as to what the problem is, having my vehicle looked at here and there, no action taken.plus the expense of my work truck being down, and the cost of rentals but unable to return to work because I am hanging in limbo trying to get time frames and still don't have a cost or what is will take to fix the problem.
If I had a semi break down I could have had the entire enging rebuilt by now. But Nolan Ford doesn't seem to know how to fix things or work efficiently.
