Been coming here for a few years. Bought my first scooter here (2005 Kymco People), which I recently sold on Craigslist. Wound up back at NoHo where I just bought a new Buddy 150. They have always taken care of me for services and have been nothing but helpful.

I am a newbie when it come to scooters, stopped by today to inquire for the first time. Excellent service, got the answers for every question I had, ranging from a proper DL, up to the insurance and registration. Very friendly and informative, great things to see inside. I think I will be buying my first scooter from them next week!

These guys are pretty rude. I thought it might just be scooter snobbery, but no, just unfriendly. I took my scooter in for a tune-up, it didn't run after the tune-up. I took it back, they recommended a new carburetor. They installed a new carburetor. i made it a block away before returning because it was stalling and leaking oil quickly. They said that was normal and to call in a couple days if it was still stalling and leaking. I did, and they said they didn't know what they were doing and not to bring it back. All of this cost $400. Bad business.
