The owner of the shop was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and HONEST about what looked good on me and what didn't! He was forthcoming with information and didn't try to hide things from you like some wedding shops will do.

The only negative is that he doesn't carry Maggie Sottero (I had my mind set on one of her dresses) because he can't. That is the only thing that kept me from buying from him.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

I had already bought a wedding gown when I visited Noble Brides, but was unhappy with the way the gown looked on me, even though I loved the gown. I dropped into the shop, unaware that they weren't open yet, and even though Scott walked in about 30 seconds before me and didn't technically open for another hour, he told me, "You're here; I'm open." Then he spent more than an hour helping me try on and pick out another gown and my bridesmaids dresses. He told me that I would probably look better in ivory than white, even though I wanted to wear white. Boy was he right! That was the problem with my first gown! Ivory looks SO much better with my skin, and the gown he helped me pick out is amazing. I love that he was so excited about the dresses and so knowledgeable about EVERYTHING! I really appreciate the amazing experience. Susan, of The Tuxedo Shoppe, located right above Noble Brides was also awesome and informative. I highly recommend them both!

After all my daughter and I had ben through with all the other shops we went to, it was a real treat to meet with Scott and be treated in a way we knew we were at the right place. He is very insightful and really knows his stuff. Also nice to find we could get everything else we needed (tuxedos, photos, video, flowers) right at the same location. I Highly recommend Noble Brides!!

I visited Noble last week after being referred by another bridal shop. Upon arrival, I was blown away by the owner's (Scott) immediate responsiveness, energy, and passion about my search for the perfect wedding gown. He spent three hours giving me personal attention that blew away the other bridal shops that I had visited. I truly felt excited and special for the first time since starting my search. Scott also was tremendously helpful in assisting with my wedding venue and Scottish wedding theme. During my visit, Scott also acted as an experienced wedding coordinator and went above and beyond by conducting internet research, and made phone calls on my behalf to assist in my Scottish wedding plans. His shop is wonderfully charming and elegant with a lot of attention to detail. The selection of gowns are stunning and unique. I left the shop feeling like a VIP bride.

As the proprietor of this shop, I an completely at a loss as to how I can judge someone's car when parking is on the side of the building and I spend the majority of my time on the opposite side of the shop. When I receive walk-ins on weekends, when appointments are required, I do my best to accommodate every bride I encounter. When the appointment policy is explained, I give the option to schedule at a later hour that day or on another day altogether. When I explain the policy, most brides will either opt for the above mentioned course of action and come back later. Some brides will ask if they can just look around which I usually have no problem with. I try to give my cell phone number to everyone who walks in the door so if there is a problem, they are free to address it with me directly. I do not recall this incident and would welcome the poster of the review titled "horrible experience" to contact me immediately so we can discuss this matter further. I take great exception to the inference that I am prejudice and/or judgmental and am willing to go through great lengths to ensure this is not the case. Either you have me confused with another shop, or you are another shop with an ax to grind.
