I went to get my wind shield pump repaired at the Autoway Nissan of Brandon on Saturday, Sept. 5th. I'm pleased to say that HAMZAH MUBARAK provided me with excellent customer service. He was very accommodating and very knowledgeable with the vehicle and what needed to be done. In the end, he also clearly explained what went wrong and gave me honest results and opinion. I'm not a mechanically inclined person but the way Hamzah explained everything to me, even my 12 year old daughter will fully understand. Thank you Hamzah for your help, you are terrific. I had a very good experience with Nissan of Brandon. I used the internet sales department and received the same service I would have if I had visited the showroom. After inquiring online a salesperson called me and wanted to set up an appointment for a test drive and look at my financing option with no strings attacted. I did so and eventually purchased a Frontier because of the price and service that I received. I would recommend this dealership.
