I have bought several new Nissans from Dobbs Nissan. Each and every time has been a wonderfull experience. Don't be fooled by false acusations.

This is the worst dealership in the city of Memphis. They lie about pricing and tell you to give them a high rating and lie about stuff you didn't even receive. Jim Kerras is the best Nissan Dealer in Memphis.

Many thanks to General Manager Jeff Smith for making a bad situation beneficial for everyone. Jeff contacted me immediately once he received word that there was a problem and resolved the entire matter within the course of just a couple of days. Long story short - an initially poor customer service experience turned into one of the best car buying experiences of my life. Hats off to Jeff for everything he did to resolve the matter and do what it took to earn my business and get me into the car I wanted.

I chose Dobbs because they had the exact vehicle w/options and color I wanted. Had to actually go inside to get a salesperson (although I think they were all in a staff meeting at the time I arrived). I had done all of the research and knew what price I wanted to pay. It was a typical bargaining process...not paying dealer added options and doc fee. Sherry (my salesperson) was very low pressure and low key. What impressed me most was the price they offered was actually within a couple hundred dollars of what I was looking to haggle to. The e-prices listed on their web site are what they will quote you at the dealership. Then you work from there. And they are really fair prices! I purchased a 08 Pathfinder SE, leather, premium, xm. Sticker price 33,900...paid 28,500. Total time at dealership was about 4 hours.

Jim Peeler. THE salesperson to see @ Dobbs Nissan. Professional,courteous and WILL NOT give up until you are satisfied. The service was excellent! Even though it was the end of the month,deals on just about everything, interested buyers all over the parking lot. I was there most of the day but I'm not complaining-Jim was always attentive even though he was" working up" 3 or 4 different buyers at the same time. The rest of the sales staff took over entertaining and looking after me when Mr. Peeler had to step away for a moment and again-professional,courteous,quick w/a joke or a bit of conversation. I've always had champagne taste--the problem is--all I have is beer money... The vehicle I thought I wanted was just out of my price range but Jim found one for me that was better than the one I thought I HAD to have ,within my price range and I LOVE IT!
