I have purchased several vehicles from Nissan all new and I have never been dissapointed...The service dept is really customer oreinted and I just love my service manager Cecil...he is so professional and always take care of any issues....Love the dealership,....am a customer for life ...now my kids are buying there.

body shop is terrible. unorganized, un-professional no customer service skils or sense of urgency when it come to getting charges and vehicle pulled out of shop.
they could of fixed my car but they didnt want to adjust there rates with geico so the car was totalled. once a shop said they could repair my sentra they decided to adjust the rates which was to late because the new shop had gone out of there way to adjust rates and gaurantee the repair amount and repair. they charged me a 200.00 admin fee which i checked with 5 bodyshops on that fee and all other bodyshops said the fee would be 25.00 to 50.00 not 200.00 dollars. thay also delapyed on giving my vehicle to the other shop so charged me addl storage days. with todays economy you'd think and establishment like mossy nissan would be 5 star not minor leagues.

Good morning just to inform you that I buy a new quest on may 8 on nissan of escondido and the car is missing a seat handle , I call right away to them so they can fix it and is ben 6 weeks and nobody is taking the time to call and say the status of these I though you guys were professional regarding customer service but what I see your whole team screw .so I made total of 6 phone calls to mark and I leave amessage to the general manager and I'm here waitting untill you guys decide to fix my car !!!!!!!

Mossy Nissan Escondido is the best!!!: GO TO MOSSY NISSAN ESCONDIDO BEFORE YOU SAY YES SOMEPLACE ELSE. I have purchased many vehicles from different dealers. My experience with Mossy Nissan Escondido was the best car buying and shopping experience I have had in my life! I shopped many different dealers and looked at different models. By far my experience at the Escondido location was the best. I purchased an Altima and got a great price. My salesperson was friendly, knowledgable and I felt that he really cared. I was also able to deal directly with a friendly management staff. I shopped and shopped elsewhere and got friendly treatment at some dealers and rude treatment at others. At Mossy Nissan Escondido I had FUN!!! I have a different view of car salesmen and dealerships after this last experience. Not all dealerships are the same. If you or interested in buying a new Nissan or any used car go to Mossy Nissan Escondido. I live in the South Bay and have sent numerous clients up to Escondido to buy. In the future I will only limit my shopping to one place and I will pass many dealerships to get there. Thank you Mossy Nissan Escondido!
