While my truck was having a motor installed they wrecked the whole right bed pannel. Then tried to fix it and pass it on to me like nothing happen. They did not even let me know that it had happen. I p/u the vehicle at night and did not notice until the next morning. Their attitude was just horrible and would not even honor the warrenty.

Quality work at a great price! by Leslie E. at InsiderPages
I don't know what I would do without Nippon Auto Repair. I am always clearly explained all of my repair options without feeling at all pressured and also told when extra work just isn't necessary. My repairs are done quickly and at a reasonable price. It is good to know there is someone I can trust doing great work.

Honest and Straight Forward
I have been taking my Prius, Montero and Sienna to Nippon for years. I remember when I was having trouble with my remote electronic key with my Prius and took it into the dealer. I asked them if there was a button I accidently pressed to disable my keyless entry. They wanted to charge me $149 just to diagnosis the problem. I went to Nippon without telling them the story. Howard immediately showed me the button under the dash board I must have accidently pressed that disabled the keyless entry. At the dealer it seems like I never speak to a mechanic but rather a representative who looks to make as much money as possible. Nippon actually looks at my car, explains the problem and tells me what needs to be done now and what can be done later. They always explain to me the cheaper alternative and the pros and cons of each option if one exist. I highly recommend.

One of the few honest guys
Been taking my car out there for years now. First time I went in was to get my brakes done. They were honest about which one's i "needed" done and which ones i "had more time" with. Since then, I've been taking my baby there for routine oil changes and a tune-up. She's still going... Thanks NAR!

Nothing like a Mom and Pop type shop by E J. at InsiderPages
I've taken multiple cars to Nippon Auto Repair (I know it as Nippon Trans Motor) over the years. I know Rosie, the lady another reviewer mentioned. She is a unique individual and could be very opinionated about things. More importantly she was always fair, honest and got my work done quickly at a good price. In fact on a couple of occassions I brought cars in telling them I thought I needed one type of service. Each time after inspecting the car they informed me that the service wasn't necessary. Many shops would have take the opportunity to do the unecessary work and earn the extra $, but not Nippon.

Anyway, Rosie is not really working in the shop day to day any longer. Her son, Howard, has now taken over the business and I continue to bring my vehicles there with succes. My experiences with Nippon have always been positive.
