I like how Niello Volkswagon treats their customers. From the moment one drives in, they are greeted and welcomed. Next, the service advisor sits down with you and asks what the reason for today's service call is and how they can help. Their waiting room is spacious, filled with a large TV and reading materials -- and a coffee machine. They are very efficient and have your car ready when they say they will. They will also recommend future services to maintain your car. As with most dealerships, they are a bit pricey. But that is expected and it's the peace of mind one has knowing their car has been service by a specially trained mechanic that more than makes up for the higher prices.
