very expensive; dictatorial

I asked if they checked the instrument after doing the work, but they said they did not. However, when I want them to just replace 3 pads on my son's student sax. They refused! They only would do at least 10 for $200+.

Went to a place in riverside off Arlington and they did a great job for less.

Later I heard they were terrible at repairs and really ripped the instruments.
