I have been a patient of Dr. Nicholas for over 5 years now and have had 14 dental implants that are probably better than my real teeth. She is very detailed, gives you options based on what you can afford, encourages you to get a 2nd opinion, and is very skilled at what she does. My 4 surgeries went perfectly and I had very little pain or discomfort, only the first few nights following surgery did I have to take any pain pills. Dr. Nicholas also has other specialists in her office that do root canals, restorative & cosmetic work, etc. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a periodontist that lives in the Palm Springs or Palm Desert area.

Wants money up front, no promises kept and the pain is excruciating. You will end up in court trying to get some money back for work not completed so you can pay another dentist to do it right. It has been a year and a half and not one implant has been compleated and I am out of $35,000.00
