Great Place
I've gone all over Orange County and Los Angeles looking at rings. Within 30 minutes I had found the perfect size diamond and ring for my fiancee. Ken and Terry were able to show me numerous amounts of diamonds and I was able to sit down and put them all side by side and compare them. So easy to work with, didn't pressure me at all and were very easy going. I've already gone back to buy a necklace! Can't imagine anyone better.‎

best place to buy an engagement ring ever!
The customer service at NGY is exemplary. I work in downtown LA and I was on the fence about buying a ring from the jewelry district. I had a setting made from a place in the jewelry district and it never looked right. I finally gave up on the jewelry district altogether. The selection at NGY was SUPERB, the settings were beautiful and elegant. My finacee picked about 12 settings out that she liked and Ken and Terry were so patient and happy to answer all of her questions about the setting. After we selected the setting we were shown many center stones and they helped us look at each stone and determine what would look best in the setting while it was on my fiancee's hand... Ken and Terry made the entire process of selecting a ring an absolute pleasure. If you need an engagement ring I wouldn't even think of going someplace else.‎

Me and my fiance went there to pick out my engagement ring. It was by far the best costumer service experience I have ever had. They made me feel completely comfortable, and were super helpful in helping me chose the PERFECT ring. NGY had a spectacular selection that enabled me to find the ring I have always dreamt of. Not once did they try to pressure me nor grind me. After going to a million different stores I found that their prices are the most reasonable and the quality of their rings are superior to others. This is the first time I ever reviewed a buisness- I can not recommend them enough. I'm going back there to get my wedding band and referring all of my friends. After months of looking around I can tell you right now that would be a waste of your time to go elsewhere.
