We had a wonderfull expirience with Exclusive Kitchen and Bath and highly recomend them!!! we have ordered a lot from them and have received everything on time!!! Beautifull showroom! Great knowlegable sale people.

I am doing a bathroom remodel -- I ordered all of my materials from Exclusive Kitchen and Bath. First, the materials took forever. They told me I would receive the materials within 2 to 3 weeks. More like 2 to 3 months. Second, they made a mistake and did not order enough floor tiles for my bathroom. Now I am scrambling trying to locate tiles from the same manufacturer and this is holding up my entire remodel.

Overall, the people who work there are completely unreliable. While they carry nice products, trust me -- go somewhere else and order your materials. Do not trust these people. Unless you like waiting months and months for your products to arrive and having to call them every day because they refuse to give you a status update on where your materials are, only to find out that they did not order the right amount -- so that you hold up your entire remodel project.
