I think the people below me may be reviewing the wrong place. We went here twice over the summer and there was ONE fried menu item. This is NOT fast food. The service is totally fine but the food is INCREDIBLE. We ordered the lobster tacos and swordfish steak. Both were very flavorful and high quality. I also ordered sushi from this place the next time we ate here and it was delicious and fresh. You are literally surrounded by the pacific ocean. In the evening they turn on heaters too so you stay warm and can enjoy the sunset and beyond. This is the best place for dinner on Newport Beach. Hands down.‎

My wifes cousin had been to this place a few of years ago and she thought it would be a great place to go to because they had such a great time there. I beg to differ! When we arrived there at 4:10 pm, we went upstairs to the patio area and no one asked to seat us so we just sat down. Immediately, the waiter brought us the menus (which are nothing like what the web site shows and the waiter even told us that the new menus were still not completed after over a year), With only a few items to choose from, we asked if we could order our drinks and they were sent to us write away. After that, we waited until after 4:45 when we noticed the waiter taking other orders from people that came in after us and we had to ask if we can place our orders. The waiter said he will, in just a few minutes. We waited another 25 minutes (during which 2 waiters were taking orders from 3 woman at the table next to us that had just sat down). Amazing view, amazing sunsets, you are right in the middle of the ocean. Very good food, realistic prices, but the view is priceless. Check it out---worth trying it!‎
