We recently switched to NP Vet Clinic from another local vet with whom we were not very happy. So far, we've seen 2 out of three docs there (Hyman and Caman) and they're both extremely kind, caring and most of all clinically excellent vets. My spouse is an MD and can ask a lot of detailed questions - they've both taken tons of time to ensure all our questions are answered and we're comfortable with the plan for each of our cats. Their approach is caring and sharp, with a focus on agreeing with the pet owner on a treatment plan - as opposed to ordering every test imaginable and making you feel guilty if you question the reason for the test or the cost. They will actually review a range of testing and treatment options with you and let you decide what's best for you and your pet.

The office staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and goes out of their way to help. I've seen a few examples of them showing great caring to owners with sick or injured pets, just in the short time we've been going there. I highly recommend them, and wish we'd found them sooner.

The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is the short time we've been seeing them - we haven't had any major procedures or emergencies with them (thankfully!), just fairly routine types of care.
