Terrible, Terrible, Terrible

I would not ever recommend taking or buying any jewlery from this store ever. A complete waste of time. The customer service is terrible, not to mention that the clerk looks like he is dirty and possible homeless, they are a horrible shop. They "guarantee" a time for your items to be done, and of course it is not ready. When you call to see if it is ready to be picked up, they are extremely rude. They act like your business is not important to them, when in fact it is what keeps them in business which is shocking to me that they still are in business. I would never take any jewlery to this shop ever again and would encourage that you do the same. Terrible. Unfortunatly I have to rate them at least with one star when in fact they do not even deserve that

The lady who owns the shops is not only rude..But they dont let u do refunds on returns...so say u buy ur special someone a gift...And its not what they hoped for.. well there stuck with it...And the PRICES ARE A SCAM!!! u can go to a better shop and get the same jewelry for so much cheaper...Look around..The quality of there work is also lacking‎
