Horrible customer service
Nevada Fertility Cares.....does not. They have horrible service. They dont return phone calls, they make you come in to pick something up, then tell you its not here, come back the next day, same thing. Dr. McConnell herself has her appt with you and rushes you out, you dont have time to ask any questions. I had to ask her when i could start another cycle as we were walking down the hall.....well they wont be getting my business for that next cycle. It takes weeks and weeks to get appointments with them. Dr McConnell said I was ready to go for my next IVF cycle, then I was told later by a nurse that we couldnt do it then because the lab was closed....the dr has no idea when the lab is closed?? Dr says she will get your paper work to the person in charge and NEVER does it! horrible place for people going through infertility to go! Oh, she also charges waaay more than even the best places in the US! And your appointment NEVER starts on time. Skip this place and save yourself some sanity.

Wonderful Staff by Rebecca L. at InsiderPages
Unlike the other reviewers, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Nevada Fertility CARES, as have my friends that I referred there. Dr. McConnell is a reproductive endocrinologist, so she's not your average run-on-the-mill OB-GYN. Her practice is aimed at those who have fertility problems, and unlike other places I've gone to for fertility treatment, Dr. McConnell and her staff truly care about your well-being. During my fertility cycle, my work schedule conflicted with their standard monitoring times, so the nurse practitioner offered to come in to the office an hour early, 3 times a week, for 2 weeks, in order to do my monitoring. I have NEVER seen that kind of willingness to help a patient at any other doctor I've ever been to. In addition, when I was having a reaction to the fertility medication, Dr. McConnell called me herself to discuss what was going on. I've never had a problem getting a member of the staff to answer my questions or return my calls. All in all, I choose to go back to Dr. McConnell because it's the one place where I feel that they do care enough about me as an individual patient.

Bad Experiences
I could go on and on and on, so I will sum it up by saying that for someone wanting to have a baby, I was not monitored well, certain very important tests were never done prior to fertility treatments, I rarely got to talk to the doctor, and getting a copy of my file was the craziest experience I have ever had!
If you are looking to have a baby, in my opinion, Dr. Daneshmand at The Fertility Center of Las Vegas is by far the BEST and MOST CARING doctor you will find in Las Vegas!

A bit dissapointed
I started seeing Dr. Littman at their Green Valley office because I have been diagnosed with Endometriosis, which is an infertility disease. Dr. Littman did a great job with putting me on mediciation that helped my symptoms and was very nice. Her office staff seemed very nice as well. My insurance no longer covers the brand of medication I was put on, so my pharmacy tried contacting the doctor so she would approve a different brand. It has been 2 months and she still has not responded!! I have tried calling her everyday several times a day and she never returns my calls. The office staff informed me that she will no be able to return my calls or the calls from my pharmacy and that they need to fax the information. My pharmacy has done this several times and has had no answer. I am frustrated because I have had to pay out of pocket for my medication. She and her nurses are impossible to get a hold of. I am even more frustrated because I was paying $250 a visit to see her!!

Ok if you want to have a baby by A A. at InsiderPages
When I first moved to Vegas I needed a gynocologist. I was told Dr. McConnell was a great and caring gyno. She is great and she is caring but unfortunately I am not looking to have a baby.
Like most gynocologists here in Nevada it was hard to get in for an appointment. Every time I went I waited for a minimum of 45 minuted to be seen. Her staff was not all too friendly on the phone. But the womn that takes your payment was always very nice.
Obviously her practice caters towards those that are really trying to get pregnant. And that is cool. But if you are a single woman just trying to NOT get pregnant this isnt the place for you.

PROS: Good place to go if you are trying to get pregnant
CONS: bad place to go if you are trying not to get pregnant
