My wife called this company a couple of years ago because we were having problems connecting to the internet. They were very efficient and reasonably priced. We've been recommending them to friends ever since.

My computer was running terribley slow and I found this company in the phone book. They were great and I would recomend them to any one.

We called the Nerds because we hard drive crashed. We thought we lost all of our photos and would need to buy a new computer. Their tecnician fixed the computer cheaper than buying a new one and managed to recover all of our data from the old drive that we thought was lost. I will only trust my data to this company from now on.

My wife used this service a few years ago with a satisfactory result. She called today to schedule another service and the woman who answered the phone, upon hearing her name, asked if I was her husband. Surprised, she said yes at which point the woman refused to provide service claiming that I was unhappy with their service. I called back and advised the woman, who would not give her name or the name of the owner, that I had never used their service. She was rude and hung up. I don't know who she was but she is clearly crazy. Does anyone know who the owners are? I would like to report this employee. I would like an apology.
