I'm writing this just in case anyone else out there bought packages form NEOSKIN before they shut down with out saying anything to anybody first. My husband looked into getting a lawyer but we were told it would be more expensive to try and fight it than any money we would likely recieve. Well, I was told a place called LASERAWAY was honoring packages and I found their store in Santa Monica. It's true, and they are much, much better than NEOSKIN anyway. Hopefully this helps.
