As a fine artist I am looking forward to working w/ Nelson for a very long time! So refreshing to deal w/ a business professional who is just that- All Business. Prepare to get work done immediately, be educated, and be on top of it! Was so nice to deal w/ Nelson. Other shops seemed irritated w/ my request, rude, or simply had an English communication problem. Nelson had my work done under 24 hours from the initial phone call. Advice to anyone interested: Give Nelson your project and let him do his professional magic! You will not be disappointed. Art Students- get over there and let him help. I had a painting that needed framed and initially I took it to a couple of the chain stores (i.e. JoAnn's, Aaron Brothers Art & Framing) but none of them seemed to know much about what frame would really look best with my painting or even how to handle an original piece of art. But when I took it to Nelson he was so helpful! He took the extra time to give me suggestions, helped me decide on a frame, gave me a great price, and even had it ready within less than a week! The frame looks fantastic and I was very impressed with his work. Overall, I had a VERY good experience with Nelson Fine Art Framing and will definitely be using him again in the future.‎

When it comes to framing artwork beyond the norm, Nelson fine art framing sets the bar very high. Not only is Nelson a very experienced craftsman, he also has a discerning eye for art and knows how to surround that art with the right frame design. We moved to Laguna Beach from Florida so, of course, all of our furniture and accessories were wrong. We found Nelson and consulted with him about re-framing all of our art.
