Upset customer
DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS, I Called LG about a icemaker problem. They said to call these idiots. I described the problem, the "expert" tech support guy said its probably the water valve. I re explained its not dumping ice, its filling the ice, no problem getting water, not a problem with a valve. He said he could send someone out that same day between 2pm and 5pm. This is a 3 hour window mind you. Someone showed up at 5:10pm. cycled the power to the ice maker, pushed the manual dump cycle and said "You need a new ice maker, that will be $350.00", I said excuse me, I researched the part and my retail cost for the ice maker is under $100.00, why is the $250.00 labor to remove the 7 screws and wire harness connector. I already removed everything to check the connections, it took less that 10 minutes to take apart and reassemble. He said I go by what the computer says. He asked if I wanted to think about it, I said yes, then he says that will be $64 something. I said I need to talk to his manager, he said call him and he left. About 1/2 hour later some guy calls and threatens me refusal to pay and called it a theft of services charge, a class three misdomeaner and said he would call the police on me. Five days later a bill comes with a note stating balances over 30 days will be charged a $15.00 monthly fee. A week later, today, the police are here and cant figure out they were called for theft of services when I just got a bill for service and had time to pay it.
These guys are not cusomer service orinentated and if you call them they will bully you into over paying for services. Check the BBB website and see how many complaints were filed within on this company in the last 6 months, you might be suprised!

Bad Customer Service
A service call was set up for a Tuesday between 12 - 3 p.m. At 2:30, I was called and told the service person couldn't make it. I suggested the next morning because I was open but was told no, not until Thursday afternoon between 12 - 5. I indicated this was inappropriate because I had already cleared my schedule once and would have to again. I was also without the use of a major kitchen appliance. The person on the phone rudely indicated that that was fine, they would just cancel the service call and then they hung up on me without giving me a chance to respond. I scheduled with someone else. I have seen other reviews on this company that were poor so I would suggest not using them.

Horrible Experience
I called and asked for an in-home service of my dryer yesterday. I was told the tech would come out between 8 and 9 and that I was his first appointment of the day. I was told I would get a call before the tech showed up. I was also told that the service fee was $49. This morning I stayed home from work and waited for the tech to show up. I called NHA at 8:55 asking where the tech was. They said he just left and should be there. He showed up right at 9:00. He looked at the dryer and said the vent hole in the house was too small, then handed me a bill for $49. Total time might have been been 10 minutes. I called the store and asked if they were good with charging $50 for nothing more than looking at the exhaust hole in the house. I also asked why the tech showed up at 9:00 if I was the first customer of the day and without a call. I was told that he was on time and that they were fine with charging me $50. I told them that he would get paid somewhere between 9 and 10 then. The tech threatened me with legal action and walked out. I took the bill into the store and was told the same thing and then had the person behind the counter call me a Mother F'er and go on an immature little rant behind the counter. Oh, and the $10 coupon is only good if they actually do something, so since they charged me $50 for doing nothing, the coupon didn't apply. Worst customer service experience ever and the fact that if they had taken $10 or $20 off since they know they didn't do anything would have avoided all of this. Unprofessional, Rude, and if I could have rated them anything lower than a 1 I would have done it.
