Excellent Buffet!‎
This is really a great value for excellent food. There aren't many places in town that can beat it. True the buffet is a little "mild," but you can spice it up with some of their hot sauces. I do agree that the Beef Korma is a little out of place and have never tried it. But the sauces, rice, nan, and other foods are awesome and more than make up for it.‎

A poor example of Indian Fare‎
I am not sure what is worse: the fact that most of my fellow reviewers think the food here is even passable or the food itself. One can only surmise that this tasteless grub, denuded of any and all spice, is served to cater to the gentle but boring whims of a provincial proletariat. What Indian chef in their right mind could otherwise justify this travesty of taste? In this case, the cliche serves as truism - only eat ethnic food where the natives eat. I should have guessed immediately when presented with Beef Korma at the buffet. Kosher delis might as well serve ham. Holy Cow must mean something different to these Brahmins. Where to start? Actually the Pakora were not bad but I might as well have dipped them in maple syrup rather than the sugary concoction claiming to be chutney. The fish with tiki massala could not have been less flavorless. The "Chilly Chicken" certainly had no chilis hiding in its Chef Boyardee like sauce. The rest of the curries do not even rate a ...

A GOOD FIND
Have eaten my favorite cuisine (Indian) on the west coast and know my way around the menu. The Lamb Saag @ Newab was very good, as were other items on their menu. Prepared properly I prefer an amount of red pepper to "pinch" and sprinkle over my food and they obliged. Aloo Gobhi, right amount of ginger. Veg. Biryani, flavorful. Garlic Nan, tender and flaky. Have been and will continue patronage of this fine establishment.

Very Good Indian Food‎
My wife and I just finish eating here, both of us enjoyed the appetizers and main course. We had fried vegetable pakora and vegetable samosa, both delicious. I had the lamb kabob, best I've ever had, my wife had the chicken tikka masala, which was also very good. I would recommend this restaurant to those who enjoy a decent atmosphere and great Indian food. Service was exceptional!!‎
