The owners showed up on time and were very nice and polite. They then took less time to clean our carpets then I took to vacuum the carpets prior to their arrival. 20 -30 minutes or less to clean 3 bedrooms/lg living room/hall/stairs and entry. The carpets were dirty again in just a few days.

It has taken me a while to write this, I am new to city search, but saw their advert so I wanted to write a fair review.First let me say that the men who work for this company are polite, professional and friendly. I have no doubt that they did the work to the best of their ability, but they do not seem to be very knowledgeable and their equipment, while in good condition, seemed very basic.They cleaned my carpets, and while they were somewhat cleaner that prior to cleaning,the results were, in my opinion, unacceptable.They sold me a spot cleaner, which they said contained the same ingredients as they use, so the day after the carpets were cleaned, I tried to clean them by hand.I was able to vastly improve the appearance of the carpet.They did come back out and they did clean it again, and this time it looked better, but still not as good as when I did it myself.

The fact that they were the cheapest I could find did mean that I was not very upset,but I still think they need to rethink the process they employ to clean with.They say that you get what you pay for, so my advice is to pay a bit more and choose another company.

A friend of mine recommended Naturalist to me and I had them out a few days ago. They cost less then the company I had used before, and the carpets look great. The lady who answered the phone and the guy that came out were both really nice and accommodating. I?ll be using them again.

This company was great! My carpets look better than ever. The next time I need my carpets cleaned they will most certianly be my first choice.
