Good Work But Rude Staff

I've taken my cars her a few times, they do a pretty good job, but their staff is rude, especially Sandra. She should really be taught some customer service. The main receptionist was nice, although I could hear arguing in the background each time I called.
If you want pretty good work done & don't mind attitude, take it here... or just ask to not deal with Sandra.
