Native Yoga Center - An AMAZING Workout!
As a beginner, I thought yoga was just "stretching" - but I was wrong. I have been exercising for years - aerobics, jogging, weight training, swimming, spinning - and this is by far the best workout AND the only one that actually contoured my body in all the right places. Todd and Tamara are wonderful instructors (really nice people, in general) and very encouraging to each student and their individual abilities - this is not a competitive environment. Whether you are an experienced "yogi" or a beginner, you owe it to yourself to stop by and try a class at Native Yoga - it is addictive & good for you!
