The store looks nice but don't let that deceive you. Staff is incompetent, don't know what they are talking about and try to make as you are wrong all the time. The Dr. (Peter Rosenberg) is a joke! Incompetent and arrogant. I could take his lack of personality if at least he was a good doctor. Had to take my daughter there 3 TIMES just to get the right prescription, because the Dr. never heard what we had to say and kept prescribing the wrong contacts. They ordered the wrong contacts 3 TIMES and now we need to go back a 4th time... I'm not even talking about the waiting time to see the Dr (even when you have an appointment, is about 40 min.), and we still need to wait from 4 days to one week to get the trials, because they don't have anything in store! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! RUN FROM THIS PLACE AND RUN FAST!!!

I have done business at this location on 32nd St. and E. Greenway Rd. in Phoenix for many years but today I had really bad customer service by one of their clerks. I had some reading glasses less than a year old and I complained about litte spots on the plastic lens. The clerk accused me of dropping them on concrete several time which is totally untrue. These spots have been forming over the last several months. I have their eye glass insurance so only cost of $40.00 to replace but it was the accusations that got to me. I would not recommend this location to anyone as their treatment of problems is very offensive.
