I saw the some bad reports on the web before I decided to go with Nationwide pools. I felt that I had to let them give their side of the story to these accusations. I was met with at least an hour of explanations and photos, legal documents and paperwork proving to me that there was a certain individual that was determined to put Nationwide and Keith out of business now matter how many lies that had to be told. Although I believe that some of the complaints are real based on the amount of pools they do every year, I am also sure that other are fakes. I can tell you this. I have had no issues what so ever with Keith or Nationwide pools. They have gone far beyond their responsibility to assure that my pool will be done properly and on schedule. Keith has even agreed to replace damaged sidewalk upon completion. What is even more impressive is that I had problems coming up with the payments on time.. Keith told me not to worry about it.
