Their representative called me 3 times. I talked to her for almost 30 minutes explaning that I was satisified with who I was using for my toners. She begged me to try them, stating that the toner cartridge would come at no charge to us. Guess what we just got a 198.99 bill that I have no intention of paying. I have tried all the numbers and get no one to answer. I do hope they start calling, I really want to talk to them.

This is a scam! DO NOT AGREE TO TRYING THEIR PRODUCT! A representative will call and ask you to give them your opinion on the cartridge at no charge, no obligation. Then they start sending the invoice. The wait several months and then try to collect representing that they have left numerous messages on your voice mail. At the point they do call, leave a name and number to contact, the time has expired to issue a return. This is all aside from the fact that the cartridge was junk and leaking toner from the minute we put it in the printer. Since it was no charge, no obi ligation I wrote it off as an error in judgement even talking with this vendor. I did keep the cartridge in case they wanted it back, but there is no allowance for that. Word to the wise - say NO to National Imaging in Van Nuys, CA.
